We do not provide alcohol for events. However, we can provide you with a complimentary beverage consultation to help you estimate exactly how much alcohol to purchase, based on your guest count. We can also help you select your Personalized Beverage Menu.
Q2: What do I need to provide?
You only need to provide the alcohol. We can provide everything else, including: cups, garnishes, juices, soda, water, and more. There is more information under our Rates and Services Page.

Per industry standard, we recommend at least 1 bartender for every 75 guests.
Q5: What does Lux Promotions provide?
We provide the Certified Bartender(s) and all of the basic tools and supplies required to serve the drinks. We may include garnishes, cups, juices, and sodas for an additional price. For more information, please see our Rates and Services page.
Q6: What will the bartender wear?
Based upon the formality of your event, our bartenders will be professionally dressed. This can be discussed during our pre-event consultation.
Q7: Do you require a deposit?
Yes. In order to secure your reservation date, we will require a deposit.
Q8: Do you have time blocks or hourly minimums?
We are flexible and customize your event even down to the time. So if you need us for 3 hours or 6 hours, we can accommodate you with no extra costs for unused time.
Q9: What about gratuity? How do I tip the bartender?
You may express your gratuity by allowing our bartenders to utilize a tip jar in the bar area - OR - you may provide a gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the event.
